I have been a massage therapist, in private practice for 8 years, and have been serving

the west valley with advanced technique massage, structural bodywork & most

recently yoga therapy. I love having the ability to help my clients learn to relax, breathe and let go.

Practicing yoga has allowed me to obtain a feeling of extreme wellness, vitality and peace.

I look forward to sharing these gifts with others.



WHAT WILL WE DO IN THIS CLASS:
This class is dynamic and will stretch and lengthen every muscle in your body from your head to your toes, but it will do so in a gentle, soothing, and relaxing way. A truly amazing and healing class. Perfect for beginners and for those who have muscle aches and pains. Your body, mind and spirit will feel exhilarated and refreshed.

 

 

What is Hatha Yoga? Hatha Yoga, practiced for thousands of years is a collection of physical postures and movements called asanas. Combined with mindful breathing it produces a relaxed state that encourages a deepened meditation. The by-product is scientifically verified physical wellness. Postures and movements can be selected for specific physical benefits with the class ending in meditation.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THIS CLASS:

Bring a beach towel and yoga mat.

Extra mats will be available.
