What To Bring To Class: Please bring a mat or a towel that can go on the ground, plenty of water and as it gets warmer put some ice in a baggie with a face towel to cool down as needed. You can also bring 3 to 8 lbs weights if you would like to add it into your workout. Fitness levels? All fitness levels are welcome. Everything we do can be done at any level. We will push you at YOUR level. Rules of camp? Be on time!, No make up classes., Be prepared and hydrated. ( mat, water, journal) Not in competition with anyone but YOURSELF!, To expect - being push to limit, inches lost., Weekly projects due at the end of each week, Keep a food journal each week Bootcamp times? Each class is 1 1/4 to1 ½ hours long with a warm up and cool down. Nutrition Plans? This is a great program designed by a licensed nutritionist that will provide you with what your daily food options and plan should be. This program will help you reach your goals faster. You will get the first phase when you sign up for your class. If you want to purchase the 3 Phase dietDECK to go with it, you can do that when you check out. Can I Use The Yoga Class as A Makeup Class If I am In The Regular Boot Camp Class? No, the Yoga class is completely a separate program and you would have to sign up for it separately. Can I use my unused Drop In visits for YOGA instead? No, the drop in cards can not be used for Yoga, sorry. Bootcamp for kids? Our new program "GET FIT WITH ME" allows your cchildren or family members 6 to 13 to come to camp and train for free. The fitness programs are safe and compatible for any person between 6-65 years old. Where do I SIGN UP!?? You go to the "On Line Registration Form" located on the top of the web site and fill it out to get started!! Directions to Litchfield Park - We are located on the grass at Memorial Park in front of the Memorial by the huge Flag across from the Litchfield Parks and Rec Facility. From the 101 highway you will take the Indian School rd exit and go West. You will pass Dysart rd and go Right at the 3nd light called Old Litchfield Rd. We are a few blocks up on the Right side, across from the tennis courts of the Rec center in the staff parking lot of the elementary school.
What to expect? We change up your workout every day to keep it fun and interesting and NEVER boring. Expect to be push to your limit physically and mentally, inches lost, soreness at first. We are the only camp that gives you Strength Training and Endurance Training Days per week. We have a 100% GUARANTEE on results with inches lost, so you have nothing to loose but inches!!! OPERATION BEACH BODY (OBB) - VS - REGULAR 12 WEEK PLAN - The main difference between the regular 12 program and the OBB is you are paying for the extra 2 day commitment per week and more accountability with the nutrition program. The regular 12 plan is just a discount for the longer term commitment.
Showers Available? We do not have any showers available at any of the sites. All camps are held in public parks or at the track but we are not affiliated with any of the facilities to use their showers, sorry:)
SUMMER VACATIONS IN MID BOOT CAMP? If you have a vacation planed that lands in the middle of a boot camp class, we are more then happy to PRORATE the class for you. Just register like you normally would and put in the comments area the time you will be off and I will email you with the new total for the class.
Why would I go to a Bootcamp? This program is designed to help you get to that next level or to just get start up on a program again.
Directions to the Phoenix College Camp- You will go to the Phoenix College Track located on the NE Corner of 15th Ave & Thomas. We meet under the goal post on the south side of the field.
Directions to the North Phoenix- Royal Palm Park Camp- You will go to 15th Ave and the park is located just N of Northern. You will meet in the parking lot.
Directions to the Wickenburg Camp - This camp is at the Coffienger Park. We meet behind the skate park. Look for the Yellow Signs.
Directions to the Glendale/Arrowhead Camp - Chapparal Park on 57th Ave and 1 Block N of Bell. Once you are in the parking lot, look to the right and we are located across from the ball fields. Look for the yellow signs.
Directions to the Waddell /Surprise Boot Camp-
